Project Manager

Обязанности:

• Lead/Pipeline management: generating, calling, filtering, grading, and distributing of leads 
• Fulfillment of the Individual sales plan *Business Development: participation in conferences, events, organization of corporate events, development of new business segments 
• Close cooperation with Architectures & Designers community (meetings, presentations, trainings) 
• Relationship building with key clients / distributors in the segment, which have activities across the country 
• Specifications and offers preparation 
• Work with CRM.

Требования к опыту:

• University degree 
• Min. 3 years of experience in position of Project Manager (preferably in multinational companies) 
• Strong knowledge how to sell branded products, technical equipment (e.g. elevators, windows) or construction materials (e.g. isolation material) to hotel projects, office buidlings, airports, hospitals etc. 
• Good presentation and sales skills *Good commercial and negotiation skills 
• Analytical skills to manage the CRM programme and project pipeline 
• Team player *Self motivated, dynamic driver, willing to do hands-on job and travel 30-50% of working time 
• Good contacts to Key decision makers - Developers, Construction companies, Investors, A&D 
• Good Russian, English, Uzbek.
