    HR Admin Specialist

    Обязанности:
    Act as HR administration partner for assigned departments: employees’ hiring, transfer, promotion, disciplinary action, award, attendance, time off and vacation, overtime, business trip, sick leave, preparation data for payroll, termination, exit interview etc.
    Keep employees records (local HR documentation, employee personal files, labor books, government, statistics and accounting documents) according to the requirements of labor legislation and internal SERC guidelines, policies and procedures.
    New employees on-boarding including signing all local documents (contract, job description, local SERC HR policies and procedures etc.)
    Update employee personal file, contract, job description, labor book in case of job change, transfer, promotion and other HR assignments.
    Preparation of vacation schedule.
    Preparation/update the staff schedule.
    Consulting employees on HR issues (attendance, time off, vacation, payroll, internal company regulations etc.).

    Требования к опыту:
    Relevant experience in HR Admin from 3 years and above.
    Knowledge of HR Admin programs (desirable): 1C, Workday, Mehnat.uz.
    English: fluent.
    MS Excel, PowerPoint.
    Good knowledge of Uzbekistan labor law.
