RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization and coordination of warehouse operations (management of WH up to 15’000 sq.m.).
Management of warehouse personnel (up to 100 people).
Ensuring compliance of warehouses, equipment and personnel to all safety requirements.
Planning and calculation of the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, space) to ensure efficient operations of the warehouse, depending on the projected volumes.
WH Team motivation and development
Managing efficiency of warehouse operations.
Managing fulfillment of internal service requirements for logistics services.
Control of keeping records of warehouse operations.
Control and management of the warehouse operations budget, management of the costs of warehouse operations per units.
Monitoring the condition of premises, constructions and warehouse equipment.
Organization and management of contracts for the supply of auxiliary materials and services required for conducting warehouse operations (organizing tenders, interaction with the financial service).
Interaction within the company with: Production, Quality, Distribution, Logistics, IT and Financial departments to ensure the efficient operation of the Plant and the Distribution network of the Company.
Interaction outside the company with: transport companies, service companies, regulatory authorities (PAP) to ensure the functioning of the warehouse servic

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in warehouse management at least 5000 sq. meters.
Experience in managing warehouse personnel of at least 50 people.
nowledge and possession of the principles of work of modern WMS systems.
Knowledge of norms, standards of warehouse activity. •
Knowledge of the organization of loading and unloading operations.
Standards and specifications for storage of various goods.
Experience in implementing optimization projects for warehouse operations. (Certification in Lean management programs is an advantage).
Experience in operation of alcohol usage and alcohol-containing products turnover (maintaining ЕГАИС, УТМ) is an advantage.
