Tasks

• participation in client meetings in order to figure out client's needs;
• screening candidates applications;
• sourcing;
• providing a shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients.

Requirements

• knowledge of Estonian language (C1);
• knowledge of English language (B2);
• at least 2 years of work experience as IT Recruiter;
• solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• technical expertise of IT field in order to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Beneficial

knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
