Key Account Manager
Обязанности:
Generate sales by developing and delivering KA Plan to manage key accounts (agro holdings), proper sales and guarantee a consistent approach from all organization departments to approach to large complex customers or large territories in line with the operational plan;
Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty;
Regularly negotiations with the KEY CUSTOMERS, aimed at agreeing mutually aligned business targets in line with commercial operational plan;
Monthly, quarterly and yearly targets by KEY CUSTOMERS on volumes by products;
Sales forecast handling for the responsible area;
Pipeline training and supervision of KEY CUSTOMERS Sales forces (marketing activities);
Preparation, approval and implementation of demo and/or side-by-side trial plans together with KEY CUSTOMERS;
Quality complaints handling;
Gives company and product presentations, participates in creating leaflets, catalogues;
Planning & implementation of field days, seminars and other customer related events;
Требования:
University degree, preferably in Agro;
3+ years experience;
Knowledge of the glass house market players in Russia;
Knowledge of growing technologies of main vegetable crops in protected field;
Analytical mind and critical thinking; demonstrated capacity to look for the reasons ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind results;
English - fluent.
