• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for IT.

• Set clear roles and responsibilities for team members and facilitate productive teamwork.
• Manage project IT budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Optimize resource utilization for maximum project efficiency.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project timelines, budgets, or scope.
• Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

Требования к опыту:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience as an IT project manager, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software for planning, scheduling, and tracking (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver successful IT projects on time and within scope.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and financial systems is a plus.
