
Marketing and Product Management Director
Обязанности:
Lead a team of marketing and product managers. Work closely with sales and other departments to create a successful organization.
Collaborate with other executives to make decisions on budget and direction of the business.
Create the marketing plan: responsible for the overall marketing mix according to international brand guidelines. Responsible for staying within the marketing budget.
Drive advertising and sales promotion: create and enhance a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service.
Campaign management on- and offline: Developing successful strategies that attract new customers and retain existing customers. Create quality content according to international standards.
Develop new products or services including marketing strategies that are consistent with company and group standards.
Contribute, establish, implement and ensure end-to-end processes.

Требования к опыту:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Economics related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Commercial mindset: Understanding retailer and wholesale dynamics, trends and business models
Strong experience in professional brand and marketing practices. Understanding purchase funnels and shopper missions , decision trees, purchase triggers/barriers, etc
Native speaker of market language and Business fluent english
Precise communication skills and a feel for language and writing
Ability to lead and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams, on- and offline
Technical understanding and interest, not necessarily formal technical training
Leadership as an inspiring and winning personality
Online marketing experience preferred
Experiences with market analytics and working with market researches / data: Can extract generic insights that can be leveraged across retailers/channels/countries.
