
Talent manager
- Manage Talent Cycle annual SEC processes: Goal Setting, Performance Evaluation, Competency Assessment; SELF;
- Create templates in WD system, launch the process in WD, supervise completion by employees;
- Conduct training sessions with employees on each annual process;
- Report to RHQ on the completion ratio, deadlines and overall status per each process;
- Review the structure of organization if required;
- Conduct organizational changes: launch approvals for new structure, employee transfer, change of jobs etc.;
- Check CL/TB correct placement of employees when hiring and preparation for Promotion;
- Check correct job profile assignment to employees when hiring, transfer, promotions etc.;
- Participate in Position Evaluation (as per Mercer methodology);
- Responsible for implementation of L&D mandatory trainings (report to RHQ L&D regarding status and completion);
- Supervise recruitment function (delivery by Senior Recruitment specialist);
- Generate and negotiate offers for candidates with management;
- Set KPIs for Recruiter and check achievement ratio;
- Set up together with Recruiter Onboarding training sessions for newcomers;
- Launch and supervise completion of corporate research SCI (report to local People Group Management and RH.
