MX engineer

International Company is looking for MX engineer

Responsibilities:

• technical support by product (repairs, system, parts);
• product trainings (face 2 face or online);
• repair System exceptions management;
• repair KPI management (C-RRR, GD IQC&OQC);
• service system support.

Requirements:

• bachelor degree (preferably technical);
• knowledge of Russian and English languages;
• have computer skills;
• knowledge in the field of data transmission reception and operation of the cellular network;
• knowledge of the mobile device and the main components and parts;
• readiness for business trips.

Terms:

• work schedule 5/2 from 9.00 to 18.00;
• contractual level of payment.
