Key Responsibilities :

  • Arrange, coordinate and control office recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility - full cycle.
  • Constant interaction with heads of departments on hiring issues: feedback collection, job profile work out and correction.
  • Management of recruitment sources: specialized web sites, company database, recruiting agencies, direct search, reference network, etc.
  • Regular preparation of statistical reports on hiring.
  • Recruitment KPI acheivement: % of personal recruitnment, TTF, etc.
  • Participation in Recruitment projects (Fresh Graduate Recruitment, etc).
  • Other HR related activities.

Hard Skills (Professional & Technical)

  • Experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse) not   less than 3 years.  
  • Broad candidate network in CE/FMCG market. 
  • Successful management of 15+ vacancies simultaneously in search. 
  • Confident user of all searching sources. 
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics. 
  • Higher education in HR field would be preferable.

Upper-intermediate level of English.

  • High level of responsibility. 
  • Ability to learn fast.
