Senior Lawyer

Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support, deal with company contracts, agreements and legal documents;

Ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations to prevent legal risks;

Participate in commercial negotiations and provide legal advice and programs;

Manage all legal matters related to the company, including intellectual property protection, compliance inspection, etc;

Handle legal disputes and litigation cases on behalf of the company;

Follow up the latest legal and regulatory changes and update the company's compliance policy.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Law or above, major in law;

Experience: at least 3 years of legal work experience;

Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required;

Skills: legal analysis, research, negotiation and copywriting ability;

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial law, contract law, labor law, etc;

Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and PowerPoint.
