Credit analyst

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Support RM with preliminary assessment of prospects customers including financial analysis using public sources, market research, identifying industry leaders in sectors; 

• Collect all necessary information from clients, perform credit analysis and complete credit applications, assist Relationship Managers in putting in place Credit structure, Relationship strategy and Banking relationships description; 

• Stay in contact with clients re credit issues and in order to collect required information; 

• Support Relationship Managers in customer monitoring and timely update existing customer files, record customer and product information accurately and in line with the Bank policies; 

• Perform analysis of the existing customers in compliance with Central Bank regulations and internal bank procedures; timely complete and submit  professional judgment reports; 

• Work pro-actively to ensure that all issues are quickly resolved to satisfy customers’ needs.  Education: 

• University degree in credit analysis/Finance/Economics; 

• Knowledge of RAS and IFRS/US GAAP principles for financial statements;  

Experience and skills: 

• Minimum  2 years of experience (credit and risk); 

• Sound understanding of general business fundamentals and processes; 

• Strong understanding of credit risks associated with lending to corporates according to Russian and English law; 

• Strong analytical skills; 

• Possession of fundamental understanding of banking products and risk profiles; 

• Knowledge of the Russian market, understanding of trends and risks; 

• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian. Good writing skills in English and Russian.
