
Marketing Team Administrator/Coordinator
Job description:
- Ensuring correct flow of documents in Marketing Department internally and externally;
- Organizing business trips for employees in Marketing Department;
- Supporting Department with preparation of contracts and other documents;
- Organizing internal Department Meetings;
- Assist Marketing Department in administration of daily documentation and other tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Past work experience as Team Coordinator, Administrator, Assistant or similar role;
- Excellent writing, communication skills (English and Lithuanian);
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite;
- Proactive, communicative, thorough and precise.
