Responsibilities:
- participation in Global & BU C&B Projects;
- leadership of C&B projects in Russia;
- manager of HR Admin processes (2 direct reports, outsoursing company for payroll);
- expats Management & Administration;
- job evaluation & support of existing grading system;
- salary review & bonuses calculation;
- participation in salary surveys, monitoring changes in the labour market related to compensations and benefits;
- development of C&B Policies;
- budgeting & controlling labour cost;
- acting as a Project Manager in HR systems development and integration (Success Factors, 1C, Employee Gate);
- Medical & Life insurance, well-being projects and flexible benefits programs leadership.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- C&B experience in the international companies from 3 years (C&B Manager/Analyst role);
- fundamental knowledge of HR labor code, HR administration processes;
- upper-Intermediate English (for communication with global colleagues).
