Responsibilities:

participation in Global & BU C&B Projects;
leadership of C&B projects in Russia;
manager of HR Admin processes (2 direct reports, outsoursing company for payroll);
expats Management & Administration;
job evaluation & support of existing grading system;
salary review & bonuses calculation;
participation in salary surveys, monitoring changes in the labour market related to compensations and benefits;
development of C&B Policies;
budgeting & controlling labour cost;
acting as a Project Manager in HR systems development and integration (Success Factors, 1C, Employee Gate);
Medical & Life insurance, well-being projects and flexible benefits programs leadership.

Requirements:

higher education;
C&B experience in the international companies from 3 years (C&B Manager/Analyst role);
fundamental knowledge of HR labor code, HR administration processes;
upper-Intermediate English (for communication with global colleagues).
