Product Strategic Management

Responsibilities:
- Work is focused on stewarding new products from initial concept through technical research/design/manufacture to product launch including:
- Identifying market opportunities and associated new product strategies in order to set up and achieve target level of In-house share by retailer
- Developing commercial/pricing / In-store management strategies
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and driving approval processes related to product safety, labelling, performance/effectiveness claims, etc.
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze competition and suggest positioning / flooring / promotion
- Preparation of weekly Sell-out Report (by weeks, cities, retail channels, products, tools, covering sales on quantity and amount base, stocks)
- Product Progress report and Shop flooring analysis
- Conducting of ad hoc duties: contract support, price registration
- Preparation of bonus grid for promoters on monthly basis
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in Finance);
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Uzbek, Russian and English language
