Key Responsibilities :
- Arrange, coordinate and control office recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility - full cycle.
- Constant interaction with heads of departments on hiring issues: feedback collection, job profile work out and correction.
- Management of recruitment sources: specialized web sites, company database, recruiting agencies, direct search, reference network, etc.
- Regular preparation of statistical reports on hiring.
- Recruitment KPI acheivement: % of personal recruitnment, TTF, etc.
- Participation in Recruitment projects (Fresh Graduate Recruitment, etc).
- Other HR related activities.
Hard Skills (Professional & Technical)
- Experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse) not less than 3 years.
- Broad candidate network in CE/FMCG market.
- Successful management of 15+ vacancies simultaneously in search.
- Confident user of all searching sources.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Higher education in HR field would be preferable.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
