R&R Procurement Manager

Обязанности:

Supervising Procurement team through education, task giving, assessing and reporting;
Developing of process and guideline for Indirect Procurement, implementing relevant changes announced by HQ/RHQ and educating team and other users;
Developing and implementing of accurate and timely strategies for categories;
Leading vendor selection process in non-Marketing areas (GA);
Ensuring competition and cost optimization through proper expense management, negotiations and demand analysis;
Forming of effective vendor pool and ensuring its regular assessment;
Operating BQMS for GA area;
Setting of Procurement KPIs and ensure its’ achievement;
Understand, set and follow all audit and compliance requirements with regards to vendor selection process and vendor management;
Regular reporting to management;
Leading vendor evaluation process.

Требования к опыту:

High education, 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing area, preferably in international companies;
Area: Economics, Marketing, Business administration, Project management, Finance;
Language proficiency: English – fluent; Russian – fluent, Uzbek – native, Korean as a plus;
Good communication and organizational skills, responsibility, stressfulness, multitasking;
Good analytical skills, accuracy;
PC confident user, good Excel knowledge, experience with any enterprise management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.), special Procurement and sourcing SW is a plus;
Negotiation skills and project management skills, basic legal knowledge for contracting;
Understanding of price structure and tender process specifics;
Result Oriented self-starter;
Risk management basic knowledge, process set-up experience;
People management experience;
Knowledge of current Uzbekistan market of suppliers in delegated areas.
