
Service Network Manager
Обязанности:
•Search for new partners in order to develop the service network.
•Conclusion of contracts and agreements with partners and their registration in systems.
•Control over the receivables of service centers to the supplier of spare parts.
•Carrying out annual audits in service centers.
•Notify service centers about the results of the audit.
•Conduct monthly service center assessments.
•Analysis of the results of the assessment system
•Notify service centers of monthly evaluation results.
•Provide marketing support to service centers.
•Closing of service centers in order to optimize the service network.
•Receiving of complaints from dealers and their prompt resolution.
Требования к опыту:
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•Proficient English and Russian language skills
•3+ years of experience as a manager of several stores
•Problem-solving skills
