Key Responsibilities :
- [Establishment and operation of workforce plan] Manage the establishment and implementation of short/mid/long-term workforce plans according to the business environment and manage the optimum number of employees needed for each organization.
- [Establishing HR strategies and designing organizations] Promote the establishment of HR strategy and the designing of an organizational model by analyzing the domestic and international market environment, and implement a regular/frequent re-organization.
- [HR management of managers] Implement promotion/appointment/nurturing of managers based on the organization operation model and retention activities of core staff.
- [Operating HR policy] Promote operation of HR policy (evaluation/promotion/reward & discipline) complying with the business environment and manage low/high-performers.
Hard Skills
- May lead a team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
- Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy
- Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
- Has deep knowledge on one job area or broad knowledge on several job areas
- Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
Soft Skills
- Strong people management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator, proactive team leader
- Able to manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
