
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with managers to meet hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across of open vacancies
- Remain active work with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates, create and post job descriptions and announcements
- Communicate with recruiting agencies, submit recruitment applications to agencies, monitor the recruitment process by recruiting agencies, provide feedback and communication on the status of submitted vacancies.
- Maintaining a database on candidates
Hard Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiter postion*, preferably in international companies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian and English*
- Experience in local low sistem an polices
Soft Skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator, proactive team player, self-motivated
- Able to manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
