Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with managers to meet hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across of open vacancies
  • Remain active work with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates, create and post job descriptions and announcements
  • Communicate with recruiting agencies, submit recruitment applications to agencies, monitor the recruitment process by recruiting agencies, provide feedback and communication on the status of submitted vacancies.
  • Maintaining a database on candidates

Hard Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiter postion*, preferably in international companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian and English*
  • Experience in local low sistem an polices

Soft Skills

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator, proactive team player, self-motivated 
  • Able to manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
