Директор по R&D

Обязанности:

• Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products;
• Responsible for planning and implementing programs and protocols for QC of production;
• Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing dry mix;
• Act as primary point of contact for product complaints in UZ;
• Establish technology roadmaps and drive product development based on customer and marketing department inputs;
• Develop, execute, and monitor R&D budget;
• Recommend systems for audit, write audit plans, coordinate scheduling & closure of internal audits;
• Establish a R&D team in the UZ plant over the next 3 years;

Требования к опыту:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, Economics or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role in the construction field or other related field;
• Experience in R&D of dry mix;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to multitask efficiently and good time management skills;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• Technical report writing;
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate (Chinese language will be plus).
