Finance modelling analyst

Обязанности:

Build financial models in excel based on benchmark information, available industry-specific operating metrics, test results and hypothesis;
Conduct scenario analysis based on macro- and microeconomic factors to access business risk and make recommendations for go-/no-go situations;
Conduct ‘what-if’ scenario and sensitivity analysis with the intent to support investment activities;
Create and constantly update the finance model of the project along all project phases;
Create detailed analysis and commentary in relation to areas such as margin analysis and promotional spend;
Draft a P&L and adapt according new insights along the project lifecycle;
Build excel to produce high-quality spreadsheets and reports;
Use financial analysis tools to evaluate single modules of the supermarket;
Analyze results, make forecasts and projections, make recommendations for actions;
Create and present easy-to-understand models for project stakeholders;

Требования к опыту:

University degree in Mathematics, Finance or related field
Knowledge of accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices
Excellent excel skills, analytical skills
The ability to easily zoom in on details, and zoom out to high-level strategy, attention to detail
A logical framework for problem-solving
Ability to distill large amounts of data into a simple format and extract meaningful information
Language: Russian (fluent), English (intermediate)
