Technical Support VD

Обязанности:
• Direct KPI management (CRRR & Repair result, HASS, Component repair)
• ASC support (Q&A, mail, chat)
• RMA process authorization
• ASC Technical Training (new model, s.bulletin)
• Quality (issue collecting, coop with HQ)
• PL case reason investigation and othe dept support (VOC, WH, Logistic)

Требования к опыту:
• Expеrience in Engineering (VD Technic)
• English - Fluent
• Excel - Advanced user
