Deputy GM

Обязанности:
• Collaborate with GEMTE (Global Engineering, Manufacturing Technology & Equipment), OpEx (Operational Expertise) and to understand the design and execution phase of the project to make balanced, life cycle cost decisions on equipment and plant operation to satisfy contractual obligations.
• Act as a senior operations representative.
• Hire the local team , many who are available for transfer, assessing their capability/suitability to be successful in executing contracts.
• Develop an operating strategy for all aspects of this facility operation, either remotely (where this is practical solution), but most likely locally to provide adequate timely response with knowledge and understand of the local back-drop.
• Modify existing or develop new operating procedures for this syn-gas island, recognizing the design basis was EPC Contractor including: o Emergency response o Field safety o Process safety o Environmental compliance o Preventative maintenance and TAR strategy o Training – safety, technolog
Требования к опыту:
• Strong operations background
• Aptitude in managing external customer relationships including problem solving, resolving differences, and handling supply issues
• Working knowledge and relationships with key support functions including Engineering, Finance, Business Development, Law, Marketing, etc.
• Business and financial skills including decision analysis, operational results analysis, budgeting.
