Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Understanding all Uz relevant HSE regulations applicable to the facility and developing plans on how they will need to be implemented at the facility to ensure compliance. Understand all AP key systems used to manage day – day operation of our existing facilities and applicability to ATR/SMR/ASU technologies. Identifying any gaps in AP procedures to risk manage the facility and develop new strategy’s to close gaps.
Understanding commercial agreements associated with UzGTL and where applicable that project scope is aligned to deliver what’s required under the contracts.
Ensure KPI’s are selected for all operating areas to drive the correct behavior and can be used to demonstrate facility performance internally, and to the customer.

Experience Requirements:
Engineering Degree (Chemical or Mechanical)
Experience running large complex chemical, steel making or petro-chemical facilities
Min 15 years in chemical, steel making or petro-chemical industry.
Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organization, across functional and reporting relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead large multi-function teams.
Ability to understand complex commercial contracts and understand operational impacts.
Ability to speak English at an intermediate/advanced level.
