Project Execution Manager

Обязанности:

• Develop and implement of the Project Execution Strategy as well as the Project Execution Plan
• Set-up the project and its organization
• Plan and conduct important project meetings and reviews
• Actively manage risks and changes
• Set-up and monitor necessary corrective measures
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the QHSE-program
• Report and present the project results to the management, partners and clients on a regular basis
• Have detailed knowledge of the contracts with clients and partners and to be able to implement the obligations intelligently

Требования к опыту:

• A master’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Negotiation and leadership skills, willing to be accountable
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial project processes
• Preferably experienced in execution of Projects in former CIS Countries
• Quick to understand complex issues
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian
• Flexible and willing to travel
• Cultural understanding and sensitivity
• Strong social competency
