BNPL product owner
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine our BNPL product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage the end-to-end process of BNPL transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to BNPL services.
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
Recognized as an example collaboration and teamwork as well as an individual who builds trusted relationships across different teams
Able to embrace innovation and change, and ability to transform and materially change the business trajectory
Working knowledge of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles
In-depth knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
