Finance Business Partner Revenue & Margin

Обязанности:

• Business partnering with stakeholders across the company including Commercial,
  Marketing, Operations, and other functions to provide financial insight, analysis,
  and support, flag risks and opportunities, challenge status quo;
• Contributing to the monthly management reporting packs of the entrusted
  responsibility area, including taking ownership for any required adjustments;
• Analysis of revenue and margin by product categories, suppliers, brands;
• Evaluating the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities;
• Taking active role in reporting and providing insights, analysis and performance
  evaluation, comparing to historic results, budgeted targets;
• Ownership of the annual budgeting process, monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts for
  the Revenue and Margin unit;
• Continuously improving and automating processes in order to drive operational
  efficiencies and achieve enhanced reporting functionality;
•  Working closely with internal IT team to implement new reports to provide
  improved insight to stakeholders;
  Требования к опыту:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or other related
  discipline;
• Master’s degree in Finance is preferable;
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar role;
• Commercially oriented finance professional with a proven track record of building
  relationships across an organization;
• Have the ability to convert data into meaningful information to use in analysis that
  is easy to understand;
• Possess sound knowledge of IFRS;
• Able to manage multiple deliverables/processes and adjust quickly to changes in
  the environment;
• Strong communication skills, ability to convey detailed information and advice in a
  clear and articulate manner;
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems;
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish
  objectives;
• Fluent Russian and English skills.
