Technical Supervisor
Обязанности:
- Responsible for the management and training of after-sales technical team to ensure the professional level of technical personnel;
- Guide and solve complex technical problems to ensure maintenance quality;
- Participate in the development and update of maintenance process and operation specifications;
- Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance work, and put forward improvement suggestions;
- Coordinate spare parts supply and technical support to ensure service efficiency;
- Regularly organize technical exchanges and training to improve team skills.
Requi:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or related;
- Experience: at least 3 years of automotive technical service or maintenance work experience;
- Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required;
- Skills: Strong fault diagnosis ability, technical guidance and team management ability;
- Knowledge: have a deep understanding of automotive structure and maintenance process, familiar with the latest automotive technology development;
- Computer skills: proficient in computer operation, including MS Office suite and auto maintenance related software.
