
Digital Specialist
International non-commercial organization is looking for a Digital Specialist to join their team.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop creative ad concepts, initiate campaigns, and integrate various online channels for effective fund development;
Web Project Oversight: Lead website projects such as launches or enhancements, from planning and developer briefings to testing and approval;
Analysis & Optimization: Implement and analyze tools like Google Analytics, derive insights, and take action to enhance performance;
SEO & Usability: Focus on SEO strategies and web usability best practices for financial support websites to improve visibility and user experience;
Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing efforts, maintaining a cohesive company's branding identity across all platforms;
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor websites, online campaigns, and social media initiatives to stay informed and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, sales, or financial support attraction, with a proven ability to independently manage campaigns focused on achieving a 3:1 ROI;
Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek;
Proficiency in Digital Content Editing;
Understanding of Web Usability and UX;
Training in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere.
