
Fundraising Specialist
International non-commercial organization is looking for a Specialist in financial support attraction (fundraising) to join their team.
Requirements:
A proven track record of at least 2-4 years in marketing or sales - depending on the educational background;
Expertise in face to face financial support attraction channel, direct sales or telemarketing;
University degree in business administration, psychology or marketing;
Fundraising approach - optimistic person; creative and result oriented;
Good command of English, Russian and Uzbek.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Experience in planning, executing and analysing acquisition campaigns via face to face fund development or direct sales channels and tools;
Knowledge of direct contributions attraction/sales techniques and principles, including methods of tracking and monitoring results, performance, budget;
Experienced in face-to-face Fundraising/direct Sales recruitment;
Experienced in database management (segmentation, CRM);
Strong leadership and coaching skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve results;
Strong negotiating skills and ability to work in coordination with a larger team (fund development and communication team, project implementation team);
A strong result-orientation combined with a proven competence in strategic planning, analysis and evaluation.
