Key Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive company goals;
Conduct market research and generate qualified sales leads;
Understand and analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions;
Travel across the assigned region to engage with current and prospective clients;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
Prepare commercial offers, sales contracts, and all related documentation;
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market intelligence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the steel, metal, or related industries (e.g., construction materials, logistics, equipment);
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage;
Fluency in either Russian or Uzbek is essential;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic understanding of hardware and network systems;
Self-driven, confident, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
