Junior Lawyer
Key Requirements:
- University degree in law
 - At least 1-year experience in jurisprudence
 - Strong analytical thinking and legal research skills
 - High standard of business documentation and drafting skills
 - Good verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level and higher)
 - Computer proficiency (MS Office Standard)
 
Good to have:
- Knowledge of regulatory legal environment and governmental structure
 - Knowledge/experience in contractual and/or commercial legal sphere
 - Knowledge of legal English

Job Responsibilities:
- Verification and analysis of written position papers on their compliance with current legislation and internal requirements of the organization under the supervision of an Associate
 - Draft, review and analyze agreements, addendums, NDAs, memos etc. under the supervision of an Associate
 - Maintenance of different databases related to compliance issues
 - Participation in negotiations with current partners and potential one
 - Assistance in preparation of reports for internal and external meetings regarding activity and positions of the organization upon request
 - Assistance in preparing and regularly updating internal procedures, policies and guidelines
 - Assistance in preparing legal opinions, advices and reports on different legal issues for internal and external usage
 - Analysis of current and draft legislation acts on possible risks related to the core business of the organization
