Project Engineer lead

Обязанности:
• The PDE role requires leadership of a PDE team to define the scope and execution strategy of a project and compile cost estimates which are suitable for EAR (Expenditure Authorization Request) generation purposes, sales or contract extensions.
• The Project Execution Engineer leads a project team in defining and completing an agreed upon scope of supply from design through procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover. The Project Lead assumes ownership of the project budget, schedule, and technical quality to achieve the project and business objectives established at the start of the project. A typical project team consists of a matrixed organization of other Production specialist disciplines and design groups and may also include external contractors and consultants.

Persevere/maintain high motivation and engagement of, both personal and project teams, in complex organization structure with sometimes conflicting priorities.
Running projects to meet schedule/budget/quality at high internal resource utilization and low external vendor/contractor collaboration level, scheduling and meeting project plans in an environment of an Operations organization.
Assure all aspects of a project management in parallel; provide all project deliverables to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget.
Using personal influencing, coaching, mentoring, communication and support skills rather than direct authority.
