Marketing manager
Обязанности:
- Plan strategic directions/objectives for Company and its partner in order to lead the growth of sales with the perspective of brand, promotion, marketing etc;
- Track and monitor sales in each region, evaluate sales performance and coordinate with distributor's branches and field team on improvement of the active client base and generation of new clients;
- Manage regional field organization by setting individual targets, tracking performance and facilitating achievement of business results (sales volume, sales/distribution coverage, assortment, distribution, visibility etc.);
Требования к опыту:
- 10+ years of work experience in total, especially in 5+years in Marketing/Sales dept. and 3+ years in people management;
- Working experience in marketing role;
- Language: Advanced English;
- Sales, distribution, marketing, trade marketing, consumers, advertising, business environment, redistributor, WS, chain channels, regional specific market;
- Polish laws related to sales & advertising of products;
- Data analysis methods & reporting instruments;
- People management principles;
- Sales Information System application (preferred).
