Lead and manage a team of payment specialists, analysts, and professionals.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bankcard department, including credit and debit card processing, authorization, and settlement.

Ensure compliance with card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) rules and regulations.

Manage and maintain payment processing systems, platforms, and technologies.

Evaluate and select payment processing solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Stay up-to-date with financial industry regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

Ensure the organization's payment processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Establish and maintain relationships with payment processors, acquiring banks, and other financial partners.

Требования к опыту:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in payment systems or financial technology.

At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in payment systems development.

Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and associated technologies.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the payment landscape.

Knowledge of regional and global payment regulations and compliance standards.

Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale payment projects.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

In-depth knowledge of payment security protocols and fraud prevention.

Prior experience with bank payment systems and integrations.
