Head of Large Corporates Directorate


  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Corporate Large Directorate in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the organization;
  • Oversee the management of relationships with large corporate clients;
  • To develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth;
  • To drive business development efforts to acquire new large corporate clients;
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services;
  • Lead the credit approval process for large corporate clients, making decisions on credit facilities;
  • Assess and manage credit risks associated with large-scale lending transactions;
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members;
    Identifying and developing a pipeline of target Clients and attracting new Clients from the identified target sectors;
  • Coordination of effectively meeting Clients’ expectations and requests for Bank’s services;
  • Providing feedback across the Bank to to improve Client satisfaction;
  • Initiation and being involved in discussions on changes to tariffs, new product development.
    Требования к опыту:
  • A bachelor's or master degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is typically preferred;
  • Ability to negotiate with corporate clients and supervising the Client relationships;
  • Strong leadership capabilities and managing team;
  • Strong knowledge of analyze financial data, evaluate loan applications and prepare loan proposals;
  • Understanding of relevant banking regulations, policies, and compliance requirements;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to loan policies and procedures;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role is usually required. Including 4-5 years of experience in corporate lending and serving corporate customers.
