Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

•  Managing the DX Marketing team, including Digital, Marketing communications, Media planning and Public Relations parts. Ensuring the implementation of tasks, achieving the business goals, effective resources allocation, motivation, training and development of employees;
•  Manage the development of cross-category corporate projects, develop and implement plans for promotion in all communication channels;
• Manage Marketing support for new product launches, coordinating all promotional activities including ATL and online campaigns, PR, special events, promotions;
• Build long-term relationships with business partners: agencies, service providers, leaders in the multimedia services market in Uzbekistan;
• Manage category (mobile devices, TV and home appliances) marketing - and corporate marketing budgets, ensuring effectiveness of their allocation in order to achieve the company goals;
• Work with marketing agencies at all stages, from briefing to performance analysis;
• Monitor quality, deadlines, and compliance with company, brand, and product category standards.
  Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology companies;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
• Experience in media relations and team management;
• Solid understanding of the media-marketing landscape.
